“Golden rules” of educational system according to V.A. Suhomlinsky:
* What is educational process? It can be divided into three main parts: science, mastership, art. This process can be characterized by deep individuality of its parts: it depends on the situation.
* What is the main secret of our profession? Ability for children education, correct attitude towards our criticism.
* A real Master of Pedagogy makes a person do something, but he always does it in such a way, than a child wants to be good himself.
* If a tutor has become a child’s friend and this friendship is inspired by something sincere, good, evil will never reach the heart of a child.
* Being fare is making the basis for relationship between a tutor and a child. You have to know child’s inner world very well to be able to be fare.
* There will be no “usual” people, and, as a result, no unhappy people in the world, if Wisdom of a tutor touches “creative string” of his student.
*The efficiency of educational process grows in proportion with not recognizing by a child the influence if the idea of a tutor.
* The way from childhood to adolescence has to bee the way of joy, happiness; it is one of the main principles of our educational work!
